2. 2. Redditors are highly engaged — the site has an average bounce rate of just 25%.
3. 3. It is the 9th largest site in the US.
4. 4. The average visit on Reddit lasts 13+ minutes with users casting 25 million votes a day.

Reddit calls itself the “The Front Page of the Internet” and it’s true. Every blogger and marketer want to be on Reddit’s front page but voting system make this little hard.

Reddit don’t allow you to promote your stuff here this is against it’s guidelines. But you can do that in a mannered way.

Here are some simple tips to increase traffic through Reddit-

1. 1. Choose your targeted community that are called subreddits.
2. 2. Post quality and useful content for that subreddits members.
3. 3. Don’t promote too early. (Don’t post promotional stuff in starting posts. First at least 10 posts without promotion.)

5. 5. Keep relevancy- Post your content in an appropriate subreddit/category.

7. 7. Don’t promote over- Don’t promote too much because Redditors don’t like it.
8. 8. Be humble and try to communicate with your community regularly(actively participate in comments.

Mostly new bloggers and marketers don’t know about these things and that’s why they failed on Reddit & leave it. But Reddit can be beneficial if you follow some simple steps and have enough patience because you are not gonna trending overnight.
